hard_cli undefined in allsoft

The latest CVS has no allsoft stuff. It makes little sense at the very
moment that we are going to ADEOS to keep it. At the moment is safe only
with the rthal patching with the ADEOS patch it can either work or not
depending on the very instant you try it.
