RTAI doc

Hi,

Giuseppe (Renoldi) has told me that he's resuming his work as RTAI
manual coordinator. The main reason is he already has a long list of
fixes for himself and got annoyed of using scattered READMEs for what is
not in the manual yet. He wants also to change the manual organization a
bit. It will not be in a snap but I do hope that this time we can gather
everything under an organised single DOC.

The work will be carried out by using OpenOffice so the original format
will be .doc and .sxw, but the distributed format will remain PDF.

So if anybody has fixes/ideas in mind this is the time to send them to:

What above is not meant to say that other doc ways are bad, it simply
says it is the way we can do it all in a reasonable time. In such a way
we'll have a comprehensive base tool and other formats could be easy
followers.

After having seen the latest Herman's rtHOWTO we have given up any idea
of complementing the RTAI manual with something else, so it will remain
just a list of detailed functions as it is now.
