rtai 3.1 - I can't unload lxrt

As long as I can tell there is some interaction between
rtai_lxrt and X-server when using a P4 processor.
I as NOT able to solve it until I switch to 2.6 and disable
the hypertreading.

Will the latest vesuvio work with 2.4.25 kernel? I'm not yet fortified 
enough to switch kernels.
