RTAI/Fusion on MIPS

Since a PPC port is almost done, and it seems like RTAI/Fusion still needs a
MIPS port, I will work on the MIPS port over the coming months. I have
hardware to test with two MIPS architecture processors, namely the NEC VR4122,
and the Broadcom BCM4702KPB.
