rtai patching error on Arcturus ucdimm coldfire 5272 board

give the .rej files a look - quite often it is trivial to fix things based
on the .rej file - a patch can fail simply because the context of the patch
does not quite fit for the different source tree but with the .rej files you
can figure out where the patch should have gone. If you manually apply the
patch you must off course reevaluate it - and if you have it working don't 
forget to submit it.
