In your rtai_config.h I see:

/* Kconfig */
#define CONFIG_RTAI 1

/* Kconfig */
#define CONFIG_RTAI_ADEOS 1 


while in my running cases there is just one of them.

E.g.:

/* Kconfig */
/* #undef CONFIG_RTAI */

/* Kconfig */
#define CONFIG_RTAI_ADEOS 1 


Have you patched both of the HALs into Linux?
