Scheduler state 0

I'm using RTAI 3.1 w/ ADEOS & 2.4.25 kernel with the LXRT scheduler

When I look at /proc/rtai/scheduler, I have a task which has a state flag
of 0. The (soft real-time) task seems to run correctly, but we are having
some problems with other tasks 'vanishing' from the scheduler and we are
trying to determine if this state = 0 can have any impact on the LXRT
scheduler.
