[ANNOUNCE] First USB for Real-Time Release

The project USB4RT, formerly known as RT-USB, has been restarted with a
first offical release 0.0.1.

As On Time Informatik kindly informed us about a naming collision
between "RT-USB" and their product "RTUSB-32", we decided to rename the
project. You can now find its homepage at

     http://developer.berlios.de/projects/usb4rt

This first release introduces a automake build system and fixes a few
bugs discovered over the last weeks.
