rtai 3.2: latency test hangs

Checked it; there is no 2.4.29 patch in magma. So you are using a normal 
ADEOS patch. You need to use only the enhanced ones found in magma. In 
fact with them what you did works smoothly here with 2.6.12, 2.4.30 and 
2.4.31 (using the patch for 2.4.30), with magma.
