config_gz problem building fusion cvs

When this option is enabled, zcat /proc/rtai/config.gz will output the contents 
of the .rtai_config file that has been used to build the fusion system. Same 
format than the kernel's IKCONFIG support uses, so that running 
linux/scripts/extract-ikconfig on the nucleus on-disk image will output the 
config file contents too.
