The build now works as expected - It was either screwball scripting on my
part, or a silly mistake when dpkg did it's "stuff". That aside, the kernel &
fusion packages are now in my local repository. If anyone wants to take them
for a spin, the apt/sources.list entry should be:
deb http://184.108.40.206/BDI-4/ sarge updates
apt-get rtai-fusion-dev & rtai-fusion-modules-220.127.116.11-fusion..
