RTAI 3.3 test2 and kernel 2.4.32 - default .config setting for CONFIG_IPIPE

Done in Vulcano/Magma CVS. Well the fix could have been something else 
but I see almost no reason to apply the patch and then not use it, so 
it's OK and done as you suggested.

Let me know if you'll check it.
