rtai_lxrt.o: unresolved external symbol...

Hi,

We're using the 2.4.32 kernel with a debian distribution and RTAI
3.3vulcano. We eventually got RTAI to compile by applying patches
suggested in
this mailing list,  using gcc 2.95 (the default with debian). However, when
we go to run the tests in the testsuite we run into errors loading the
modules.

We get: rtai_lxrt.o: unresolved external symbol several times over. We've
tried manually loading the modules using insmod but we get the same output.

What could be wrong?
