rt_change_prio valid with RTAI 3.3 ?

Hi list,

I want to change the priority of a hard-realtime thread at some point. I 
found rt_change_prio() in api.c, but in the comment it says "Only to be 
used with RTAI24.xx" ... Is this still true or is the comment just a 
relic?
