rtai-lab palette and scilab/scicos for windows

Hi all.

maybe somebody knows how to install de rtai-lab
palette into scilab/scicos for windows?
I'm coping the rtai directory into rtai-lab/scicos
inside the ScilabDIRECTORY/macros, but I can not see
the rtai palette.
