[Rtai] ATMEL AT91SAM9G20

My board is specifically supported an Adeos Patch but is sounds like I need
to look at the adeos patch and see what it does for HAL. If it does not do
anything, then I need to modifiy the AT91 hal patch for my board.

Sound reasonable?

I then have to get RTAI to complile with the newer tool chain which is
covered in separate thread.
