RTAI/fusion 0.6

This release clears several annoying corner case instabilities (SMP),
and provides GDB support to real-time threads in user-space.

To this end, a better integration of fusion's real-time activities
within the Linux realm has also been achieved with respect to signal
handling. Real-time syscalls (i.e. provided by skins) are now fully
compliant with the Linux signal semantics, which includes automatic
restarting (if enabled) and proper execution of application-defined
handlers in user-space.
