Linux directory

Hi,

rtai-config --linux-dir keeps giving me /usr/src/linux as the
Linux directory while I explicitly stated
/usr/local/src/linux-2.6.7-adeos-r8c5
as the dir it should use.

The other variables (f.e. RTAI_LXRT_CFLAGS) in rtai-config use the
correct path
for the Linux directory.

The attached patch fixes it for me. If correct please apply.
