[Rtai] [PATCH] datarootdir in rtai-config

On some builds, datadir is defined as rootdatadir within the 
automake/autoconf build system. This is a (small) problem when using 
rtai-config to query at least one option. e.g.:

$ /usr/realtime-rtai/rtai-config --config
/rtai/config-rtai-magma

Expected result should be:
$ /usr/realtime/bin/rtai-config --config
/usr/realtime/share/rtai/config-rtai-magma

The attached patch fixes the above issue.
